Woes of being Single !!

Till date it is not clear

Why people reel under fear

All fingers are not same

Then why do singles get the blame

No fault seems theirs

Yet so much unfair they have to bear

What to speak of outsiders
They face the wrath of insiders

Even the family members too believe
Why a single woman needs to bereave

A code of conduct is expected
Only a person with reserved demeanour is respected

Of all the joys singles are deprived
which others indulge in with pride

No matter where they are
Their position is always at par

People take them for granted
Their time and money are often slanted

Just a thought in my mind
which even can be seen by the  blind

that singles too have a heart full of wishes
That needs to be cared for and nurtured
They too have some desired to be fulfilled...
